# Sponsorship

1. **What is the Sponsorship?**

   * Four companies make up the **Brands** that sponsor champion matches
   * The **Sponsorship Benefits** only apply when a [Character ](/game-system/character.md)has equipped a Sponsorship Benefit.&#x20;

2. **Importance of Sponsorship Benefits**

   * It is crucial to unlock, select, and equip the Sponsorship Benefit that best suits your fighting style to maximize your advantage in matches.

3. **Types of Sponsorship Brands**
   * **StingBee**
     * Jab-focused [Gear](/game-system/gear.md)
     * Benefit
       * Chance to recover 50% HP when getting back up after a Knock Down with less than 40% HP
   * **WideStep**
     * Hook-focused Gear
     * Benefit
       * Chance to disable the opponent's ability to get back up from a Knock Down when getting back up after being Knocked Down with less than 40% HP
   * **SharkJaw**
     * Uppercut-focused Gear
     * Benefit
       * Chance for Attack Power to increase 100% and for Attack Skills to always activate when getting back up after being Knocked Down with less than 40% HP
   * **MegaPunch**
     * MegaPunch-focused Gear
     * Benefit

       * Chance to have Max Hyper Gauge and MegaPunch's Attack Power increase 100% when getting back up after being Knocked Down with less than 40% HP
