# GP Buff

1. How do you unlock and set up your **GP Buff?**

* Based on your total [GP](https://wiki.boxingstarx.com/game-modes/clan-mode/gbca-points), you can unlock:
  * Buff effects are **automatically applied** to all members of the Clan.
    * Buff is active during **both offense and defense** in Clan Wars.
  * **GP Buffs themselves**
    * The higher the Clan GP Level, the **more GP Buffs become available**.
  * **GP Buffs Slots to equip GP Buffs**
    * **GP Slot Unlocks** are based on the **Clan GP Level**
      * When tapping a locked slot, the **text notification** shows the required unlock condition
* **GP resets** at the start of each new **Clan War Battle Season**
* **GP Buffs** can be modified even during an ongoing Clan Battle.
* If a Clan **successfully conquers** a Gym, a **snapshot** of their GP Buff setup is taken **when the protection period ends**.
